A kid has a really good sense of smell. Life is suffering.
Well, I knew we were in for a treat when a few minutes in we’re having tearful goodbyes with lots of little children and epic orchestral music befitting the final episode’s climax. Subtlety….
Aside from that, it was a pretty good episode. Very well animated.
No clue where it’s headed though. Given my experience with shows like this, it’s probably going to turn into some shounen battling / school thingy like Ao no Exorcist or Soul Eater. Shows like this always hook me at the start and then proceed to brutally wear out their welcome for me.
