Come on. They already easily took this guy down twice when it was one on one. And now it’s four on one and they’re trying to tell me he’s super dangerous? Give me a break. Or at least pull a new Chinese guy out of thin air. It’s not like I even remember anything about this guy.
Another exciting battle in which Miyuki talks to a guy and then freezes him without moving a muscle. Such excitement.

Dude, are you shitting me? That thing doesn’t need 50mm accuracy. That thing doesn’t need 50m accuracy. And that is not 80km away when you can see it like that… or if it is then it only needs 5km accuracy.
Clearly, the message is that Japan needs to renounce renouncing nuclear weapons, build them, and use them. Japan is #1! Banzai! Banzai! Oh and Tatsuya just defeated the ocean in battle. Not quite as cool as if he had defeated the moon (because fuck the moon) but we need a strong enough enemy for Tatsuya to annihilate next season.
But please for the love of god don’t let there be a second season…
I think i enjoyed reading your and Scamp’s posts on Mahouka more than actually watching the show. Okay i didnt actually watch the show, I stopped after the third episode but I admire your fortitute for persisting with this shower of shite for our entertainment.

By the way, it’s funny how Zankyou no Terror has the Japan government involved in an evil conspiracy to build nuclear weapon and here we’re all “YO DUDE NUKES ARE COOL!”. I suspect ZnT came out at this precise time trying to make a statement against this rampaging nationalism, which is cool – too bad the show itself didn’t really work much. Still miles better than Mahouka, of course.

I would rather see Mahouka be destroyed than to accept it. I would rather see the Yotsuba clan destroyed and wiped out completely than to allow them to do as they please.
