I start to think this show is kind of boring… And then somebody shoots flying tigers at vampires out of a sniper rifle. And Owari no Seraph has won over my heart once again.

The best part of this show of course continues to be Shinoa. It’s amazing how worthless this anime would be without her.

That’s exactly how I look like watching this whenever Shinoa isn’t talking.

I guess there are a few other good points.

Such as the hilariously awful puns.

Or how stupid our shounen hero is. I would typically complain about how stupid shounen fighting show protagonists are, with how they blindly fight and kill people so enthusiastically, but this guy is great. It takes the stereotype to the limits to the point of ridiculousness. He’s like the anti-Shinji. The kid just wants to slaughter vampires and he doesn’t give a fuck about anything else. I have to admire his earnestness and enthusiasm, even if his only goal in life is genocide.

Blondie is good too. Just look at the love blossom as they stare into one another’s eyes.

Blondie is even dumber than the main character, as hard as it is to believe. “You’re being tricked! The humans are just using you!” Says the guy who is serving the man who previously tricked him, murdered his entire family, and continues keeping humans as slaves. The main character is stupid but gee whiz how is it possible to be as dumb as blondie?

I also like the captain. How many times did he did in that single battle, only to walk away unharmed? He must be immortal or something.

Lol. HOW COULD YOU REFUSE THAT CUTE FACE?!!!

Wow. I feel like he’s trying to be nice but… ouch.

Still best girl. No competition whatsoever.

Geeze bro, chill out man!

I don’t think Shinoa would mind if you got tangled up with them too!

Also, I love the scene where the axe girl walks in while Yu has his hand on Shinoa’s shoulder and is completely scandalized. HE TOUCHED HER SHOULDER SHINOA CAN’T GET MARRIED ANYMORE!!! SCANDALOUS!!!
