The good ninjas fight dark ninjas, molest each other, and become best friends.
This is basically the same as every perverted fighting show ever made, but with extra sucking on sushi rolls. I watched this with the guys at The Classiest Anime though, so it was a lot of fun. When discussing the series at the end, we came to the conclusion that although Senran Kagura did everything technically better than Queen’s Blade: Rebellion, we enjoyed Queen’s Blade more because it never did what we were expecting. Senran Kagura always did what we were expecting, and so there was no reason to watch it. Except the sushi.
But everyone agrees Senran Kagura was better than Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon.
- Storytelling – F – Storytelling?
- Voice – D – Sushi.
- Characters – D – B for the moe neko-mimi goth loli with the machine gun umbrella, F for everyone else.
- Attention Grab – F – Could never have watched this without a group.
- Production – D – Tons of screens with pretty awful animation.
- Overall – F
Recommendations – If you like Senran Kagura, you might like a kick to the face.
“If you like Senran Kagura, you might like a kick to the face.”
How about that? Seems appropriate.
I like it. Fixed.
