What a great first episode. I’m really looking forward to the rest. It’s very well produced, all the characters have a ton of personality, even the ones which appear to have a small role, like the goblin. I especially liked the scenes with the four girls which I thought would be indistinguishable, but who turned out to have very distinct personalities which was conveyed even while having them all speak at the same time.

And I really appreciate how it doesn’t copy every other fantasy anime where it has a stupid magical school. It does feel like the author is attempting to do something new here.
