This is another entry in the terrible category, from Hidan no Aria. It was a close call between what I ended up choosing and the final boss, the vampiric minotaur who sounded like he was gurgling water. But I went with this one.
Riko needs to make her escape from the plane after she is cornered by Kinji and Aria. So she blows a whole in the wall and jumps out. But wait, she doesn’t have a parachute!
Oh. Ok.

The series was mediocre, but the OVA special was good fun at least.
I don’t think I’ve actually seen the OVA special… Will have to check it out.
