A guy gets a harem of girls from different magical worlds that want to move into his house.
I started off watching this with a tiny amount of hope since the girls were all fighting with each other and gambling over stupid games to kick the guy out of his house and steal it from him. It had the potential to at least be mildly amusing. Sadly, they forgot about this part after the second episode for no apparent reason, and everybody became bestest best friends. They had fun together, ate dinner, and went to the theater together. Occasionally a random villain of the week would appear and they would fight the villain together.
Yawn….
Plus, the girls are all boring and there’s barely any fanservice, so it doesn’t even contain the usual appeal of harem anime. I don’t get the point.
- Storytelling – F – Nothing much happens except people getting along.
- Voice – F – Totally generic.
- Characters – D – I guess the ghost girl and the the magical girl were ok. Sort of.
- Attention Grab – F – The first and last episodes were almost halfway decent. The remainder were not.
- Production – C – Meh.
- Overall – F
Recommendations – Isekai Seikishi no Monogatari,
Agreed. Super boring. Congrats(?) on finishing it, I couldn’t stick it after about 8 episodes.
I thought the only halfway entertaining character was the magical girl, and that’s because this was her default facial expression 90% of the time.
Funny faces, the only true reason we all still watch anime.
Like this one (-_-).
Or this one (^~^).
Yep, her expression was definitely one of the highlights of this show. This season’s Steph.
