What Should I Blog Next? Winter 2014

You may have noticed I haven’t chosen any new series to blog yet. That’s because I’m travelling for the next week and have a crappy hotel  internet connection, so there probably won’t be any updates on new shows until I get home.

It’s also due to the fact that I have no idea what to blog. Kill la Kill and Samurai Flamenco carry over from last season, so I’ll probably pick 2-3 more shows.  There’s nothing that I really want to blog, so the poll will probably carry more weight than usual. At the moment I’m leaning towards Seikai Seifuku, Pilot’s Love Song, and / or Buddy Complex but I don’t feel all that strongly about any of them.

What should I blog next? Pick up to three.

So vote. Also if anybody is in New York City let me know. This place sucks, I’m pretty sure it’s what hell looks like.

    1. Space Dandy actually might be fun to blog. I don’t really like it much, but it would probably be the kind of series I at least have stuff to say about.

  1. You’re not going to the right places in NYC then.
What hotel are you staying at? Doesn’t sound like the Marriott if the wi-fi is crappy.

    1. I just hate NYC in general. It’s crowded and dirty and smelly and people are rude.

I’m at some La Quinta in this not that great part of town, my advisor is too poor to afford Marriotts in decent locations 🙁

      1. If you hate it, why’d you go?

Anyone who doesn’t like NYC just hasn’t been there enough imo. There are so many things to do and see.

        1. Because sometimes when you have a job you have to go places that you don’t exactly want to. 🙁

I’ve been here a lot, my grandparents used to live here. So many things to do, sure, but it’s a terrible place to live. Got trapped in the subway for over an hour this morning. 🙁

  2. Nyc is fantastic in the movies, but I and all my friends hated it upon arrival. LA is hardly better, but people expect that and there isnt as much propaganda about LA as there is about how great NYC is. Cross-roads of the world? Heh, NYC is moreso than any other metropolitan city where films are shot or stocks are traded.

  3. Wait, so you’re in NYC this week and that’s why you didn’t want to do Classy? You should come to my place on Saturday for it. ps. D-Frag best show.

  4. I sure hope Wizard Barristers gets blogged, at the very least in the form of a end series review. Emperor Frog-wato deserves it. Been watching a lot of Umetsu in the form of Mezzo Forte Dangery Service Agency. Lots of wackiness, and so much sadness in the form of beyond fucked up tragedy hidden away in plain sight, but so much great action and comedy as well.

WB is shaping up to be as broken of a society, with excellent action but more forgiving as well. Though admittedly the law part is indeed boring and would never hold water. Evidence must be submitted and approved before proceedings, not after, not the hokey deus ex machina they pull out of their asses last minute.

Space Dandy is so much eye candy , but admittedly its blogged everywhere too.

    1. I’ll definitely do an end of series review of Wizard Barristers. Didn’t really like the second episode as much though. As you say, the law part is really weak though. This entire “justice” system is a joke. They don’t even seem to try to pretend the trials are fair…

  5. Mmmh…. Honestly, I’m not following any of these shows.

Space Dandy and Wizard Barristers maybe don’t look so bad…
