Stealing the Groom — Eleven Days of Advent and One Day of Christmas #8

Level E was hilarious throughout, but it saved its best trick for last.

The princess has come to marry the prince, but her ring has been stolen by thieves. It can never be taken off.

Whatever is our prince to do?

There is only one answer!

Kraft is still the best thing in this show.

The prince begins planning out their life together.

At this point, I was thinking that this was pretty much the greatest ending ever.

But then it gets even better: it turns out that the “thief” was actually the princess, and she tricked him! This is the first time the prince has ever been outsmarted. They make a good pair.

  1. In a way, I think the only person who could ever be with the Prince is someone who could potentially outsmart him. So I guess this ending was win-win, not to mention being a win for us.

  2. While I can’t call this series a perfect adaptation (I felt a lot of the dark humor and grotesqueness was lost somewhere), it’s still a pretty decent one. And honestly, regardless of being a faulty one– this is one of the best anime shows of the year. I would’ve loved to see this series animate the ‘honeymoon’ chapter where they husband and wife do what they do best: Trolling. Great black humor , they need to make an OVA out of it: http://www.mangafox.com/manga/level_e/c016/
