As you all know, I love fantasy, but this has to be some of the laziest storytelling I’ve ever seen. The writers just make whatever’s convenient for the plot happen without rhyme or reason. The characters seem to just teleport to wherever they need to be. The characters are shallow tropes who seem unlikely to receive any further development. Wow, that was off to a great start. Love the animation style that makes it feel a bit old-school even though it’s actually greatly improved. And the story has some great potential too. I particularly like how the two lead characters both want to kill each other, which is an interesting dynamic. At the moment the girls seem pretty boring though.
