It’s back. So I remember all the characters but I remember very little of the first season’s plot. Oh well. I was never a big fan of Durarara. It’s not nearly as well made as Baccano. The main problem is that it’s too long, and this second season isn’t helping with that at all. They could easily have made Baccano as long as Durarara, but the fact that they didn’t is what led to it being so much more entertaining.
As the main character is so eager to tell us, they “haven’t changed”. And that’s the problem with this first episode. Nothing has changed.
