Kagewani — First Impressions

Some people go to fake sighting monsters. Then they are eaten by real monsters.

You know, despite the terrible animation, this actually wasn’t that bad. For once in these shorts, there are some stakes to it, an actual story to tell. It actually made me feel something, unlike most shorts which just make me feel dead inside and wish it were over.

But they do the atmosphere of fear decently (even if it’s kind of ridiculous), something which the crappy animation actually adds to. It kind of looks like the next episode will introduce the main character and this will turn out to be  a superhero show along the lines of Parasite, but I think I’m interested enough to give it a shot at least.
