Strike the Blood Review — C+

A vampire builds a harem and fights a series of bad guys with them.

Basically Index.  But with a lead male who’s a bit less useless than Touma and, sadly, doesn’t have quite the penchant for punching girls in the face.

Basically some cool, silly fantasy with mild perversion. A very anime anime.

  • Storytelling – C – Corny fantasy + harem setup.
  • Voice – B – Feels like I’ve seen it all before. Great nostalgia.
  • Characters – C – So generic and anime it’s great. Multiple tsunderes, the imouto, the smart girl, etc.
  • Attention Grab – B – Never lost interest.
  • Production – C – Average.
  • Overall – C+
