Didn’t Watch: See Seasonal Impressions
18. Watari-kun’s ****** Is About to Collapse — Ongoing
I decided to drop this just now. Was boring.
17. A Couple of Cuckoos — C
This just keeps going and nothing happens.
16. Necronomico and the Cosmic Horror Show —C
I enjoyed this more than I expected!
15. Kaijuu No. 8 — C+
Has its good points, but seems to be heading nowhere.
14. Dealing with Mikadono Sisters is a Breeze — C+
Enjoyed the stories about each girl, wish it were trashier.
13. Turkey! Time to Strike — B-
Carried mainly by how bizarre it is, otherwise kind of boring.
12. Dr. Stone — Ongoing
Enjoyed the new arc even if the plot is off the rails.
11. Reborn as a Vending Machine, I Now Wander the Dungeon — Ongoing
Fun but getting a bit repetitive.

7. Nukitashi the Animation — B
I’m not sure I’d actually recommend this to anyone, but I had a great time watching this with my friends in Classy. It’s so ridiculous and fucked up.

1. Takopi’s Original Sin — A
Absolutely destroyed me.
Anything good I missed? I made an effort to watch less this season.

Great post — I really enjoyed reading about your journey into anime blogging and how you’re navigating the ups and downs. It reminded me how vibrant and yet fragile anime blogs can be over time.
I wanted to mention https://dailyanimenews.com — it’s a site I’ve followed for a while, and they specialize in daily updates around anime: news, release schedules, trailers, and a few opinion pieces. Their fast turnaround on news (e.g. new season announcements, streaming rights, staff changes) makes it a handy resource for enthusiasts who want to keep up. I think it complements more personal blogs like yours nicely — where your deep reflections or less-covered series shine.
If you ever want a fresh angle or source to cite for breaking anime news, checking out DailyAnimeNews might help spark ideas. Keep writing — your voice adds something meaningful to the anime blogosphere.
