I was never scared of Yukichi, really, but I can understand, since I’d probably be scared if it happened in real life.
I feel like Japanese hoarding is probably something that resolves faster: either by intervention or just the person dying, given an apartment is way smaller than an average house in America
The Japanese is yuutsu, which I remember as melancholy from Haruhi Suzumiya, so that might’ve fit better
Frankly I liked the stuff with the 4 year old, as well as the kitten she takes in, Yukichi vibes so well with her, especially when it comes to the sea slug idol group in universe
