More love story than video gaming.

This was a solid josei romance. I thought this would be yet another video game anime but fortunately that was more just a premise of how they meet. I thought it was cute but certainly not the greatest show ever.

I know people were complaining about the age gap in this show, but she’s in the second year of college and he’s in his last year of high school I believe. So maybe borderline but really not bad at all compared to some of the shit I’ve seen… (*cough* usagi drop *cough*)

• Storytelling – B – Keeps things moving, some interesting conflicts (esp. liked the younger sister arc)
• Voice – C – Combines video games with a more fluffy vibe.
• Characters – B – Decent chemistry between the two leads. Side characters were interesting too, especially the love rivals.
• Attention Grab – B – Kept my interest to the end.
• Production – B – Looks fine.
• Overall – B-
