Amazing art, otherwise atrocious.

13. Psycho Pass 3 — Moving Coming
This was so stupid. Even worse than the second season. I could barely even stay awake. It more or less turned Psycho Pass into a kung-fu movie but still managed to be boring. The double length episodes did not help.
