Kids have trouble sleeping.

This one was pretty good! Really cute romance with two kids brought together by their struggle sleeping. I like how it’s pretty cute about their relationship together, but honestly mostly about their struggles to grow up and discover their identities. Strong show.

I’ve read the manga as well, and I will say that I enjoy it more. It’s not that it’s a bad adaptation (it’s great), just I think a story like this lends itself better to the manga format, where you get an occasional short chapter. I’ve often struggled to pay attention to full episodes of shows like this without much conflict, especially in comparison to manga. Probably more a comment on me than on the medium.
