A girl gets a motorcycle.

This was an AMAZING first episode despite being practically an advertisement. There’s hardly any dialogue in the whole episode, very little happened, and yet it had an intensity and emotional impact that few shows can match. My two favorite moments are when she gets out of bed at midnight, peeks out the window, looks at her motorcycle, and this stupid grin spreads over her face. My other favorite moment is her panic when the motorcycle runs out of gas and she’s frantically trying to start it but won’t tell the person asking her if she’s alright what’s up.

Despite having no interest in motorcycles (I think they are quite dangerous actually and would never ride one) this was a spectacular episode.
