Aquarion Logos — First Impressions

The words are under attack.

Gah this was a great start. The thing I love about Aquarion is how they feel in no way constrained by the previous iterations of the show (thank God, because the original was a piece of shit). Aquarion Logos is completely different from Evol, but both seem to be off to an excellent start.

I especially like how it feels like an anime from a time that has past.

I also find the main character highly amusing.

  1. man i dont know how you could like evol, it was so cliched. Destiny, something something, superrobot show with angst. It’s like instead of the shouting they have in superrobot show you get whining and uninteresting 1-D characters. This kinda looks bad too, maybe im just too cynical to like aquarion, then again I loved G-Gundam, so I’m one of those guys

    1. Lol yeah it was cliched in parts that was part of what was so great about it. But lots was definitely not cliche… like that whole thing with holes.

I really need to watch G-Gundam.
