This reminds me a lot of Imouto Sae Ireba Ii. That’s a good thing though. Not at that level of comedy, but still an entertaining first episode. Fair amount of not especially creative fanservice though.
I might continue with this one solely for the charming imouto. The other members of the cast seem a bit more dire than Sister’s All You Need though…
