Some kid tries to prevent war in a fantasy Ottoman empire.

Hm, still not sure how I feel about this. There were certainly things to like. I enjoyed the politicking and the intrigue. And I like the setting.

But it is pretty simplistic. Not much subtlety going on here. And that mustache. *shudder*

I’ll watch the second episode but this is near the top of my drop list. I feel like it is likely to devolve into fighting and that the first episode was probably the most exciting of the whole show. And this episode’s fighting scene was pretty awful. One bird vs. six soldiers and the bird won…
