Senryuu Shoujo Review — C+

A girl communicates only through poems.

I read the manga, and this didn’t entirely capture the charm for me. The manga had more of a focus on the poems, with many of them being quite silly. I especially didn’t like how all of the poems were voiced- the entire premise of her character is that she doesn’t talk, only write poetry.

It was fine though. Not bad, but not something anybody will remember. The poetry girl and the scary looking guy are cute together. President is best girl.

  • Storytelling – C – Meh.
  • Voice – B – The concept is interesting but the execution (like how it’s voiced) sets it back.
  • Characters – B – Silly but good for some laughs.
  • Attention Grab – C – I was losing interest towards the end. And it was half-length episodes.
  • Production – C – It’s okay I guess.
  • Overall – C+
