As a general rule of thumb, shows where the main female character sports two monstrous, bouncing mounds of flesh on her chest are going to suck. I can’t recall a single time this rule has failed me. Blood Lad is no exception.
It does do one thing right— the animation style is pretty unique. So is the general sense of style. But thus far, the characters and the story are uninspired and the attempts at comedy are just pathetic. I’ll probably at least watch the second episode but it’s highly likely I’ll drop this.
