Amagi Brilliant Park 07 — AV Actresses are the Best

My goodness this episode was hilarious. That voiceover! If they had created the three mascots’ characters just for this moment it would have been totally worth it. All the very adult things those three engaged in up to this point, the innocent smiles that we now realize are completely misleading, combined with those cheerful in innocent thoughts the AV actress put into their mouths made for a perfect combination. Psycho Pass 2 06 — Killer Robot Chickens

In this episode we have a clear analogue to the current drone wars currently being fought by Noble Peace Laureate Obama. In real life I make robots, so this is a topic I’ve thought about a fair amount. Whenever I tell someone what I do, the first things people say are often 1) Will robots take my job? 2) Will robots bring about the singularity and bring humanity to destruction? 3) Something about Isaac Asimov, and 4) That sounds an awful lot like those killer drones. Draggle’s Asian Journey Part V: Kagoshima

After Okinawa, we flew to Kagoshima. I didn’t really have any set plans there, so we just wandered around town.

Apparently Kagoshima is very proud of being the home of Saigo Takamori.  Just wandering randomly around town, it seemed everything we ran into was related to Saigo Takamori.
